How is NoMi Co-living different from just ‘renting a room in a house’?
Personal Security
Your personal safety, both within and on the grounds of the home, is our top priority. As you will see when you apply, all residents are highly vetted and must agree to house rules that promote privacy, safety, and harmony. Each room has its own personal keypad entry, and cameras are placed on the exterior of the home and in common areas to ensure the safety of all residents.
Caring, Competent Management
NoMi Co-living houses are expertly managed locally by people who only manage our small portfolio of properties, ensuring that your needs and experience are top of list!
Clearly Defined Expectations
Living with others has its benefits and challenges. Our goal at NoMi Co-living is to make the benefits outstanding while reducing the challenges to a minimum, ensuring our residents want to stay with us and form stable communities that last. Clear expectations are contained within our Community Standards, which are signed and agreed to by all co-living residents.
Inclusive Pricing
Affordability is another top concern, and all-inclusive pricing means that you will not encounter fluctuating utilities or surprise extra charges while living in a NoMI Co-living home. All monthly utilities and services, including high-speed internet, garbage, and lawn/snow services are included in your monthly rent.
